I started my journey as an herbalist, learning the healing constituents and energy signatures of varying plants. I started Persephone Naturals as my first starter business making my herbal remedies and creations, however felt a higher calling to pursue other fields of holistic modalities. 

       I have always been in love with the natural world and craved further knowledge on how to interact and utilize the blessings and benefits within it. This led me to seeking out training in the field of energy work. From there, many doors and possibilities opened to me and I gladly walked through to massage, guided meditation and mindfulness practices, sound and vibrational therapy, and classes in healing circles and spiritual life coaching. I have an insatiable love of learning and will strive to continue as long as I am able.

         Throughout the years of classes and training, I felt that I had outgrown Persephone Naturals, though it still remains my herbal line.  With the expansion of my accumulated skill-set, my services have evolved from just herbalism, to a more integrative method with specially designed sequences that work synergistically to promote your overall well-being. 

           Healers are looked to to fix problems and ailments. However, this is not what a true healer does. A true healer simply assists a person's body to heal itself.  But healing does not begin and end with physical symptoms. Overall well-being works synergistically  through the mind, body, and spirit. When one is blocked or affected in any way, it will affect the others. My specialty treatments are focused on assisting the whole of well-being, not just one aspect. 

           I am truly honored and grateful to any and all who come to me seeking my services. The level of trust my clients place in me is truly astounding, and by no means a small thing. I aspire to give you the best experience possible and to help you along the way on your own personal journey of healing.
